Experience
Lorena has been part of our firm since 2014, advising national and international companies on industrial property matters, specifically related to state of the art searches, patentability analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches and reports, infringement letters, drafting applications, advising on the technical part of the processing of these applications at national and international level, filing of nullities, resolution of client queries in the preparation of patentability opinions. She also advises the legal area in all relevant legal procedures for the defense before industrial property courts.
The areas in which she works mainly include industrial, mechanical, electronic, chemical, mining and cellulose.

- Advice to local and foreign clients in state-of-the-art research and drafting of applications (among others) in industrial areas such as pulp and paper; machinery, processes, devices and systems for mining; mechanics; safety devices; crop protection systems; renewable energy processes; mechanical devices for the marine area; wine industry; containers and pallets; explosives; audio and video; and chemical compounds.
