María Cristina has been an examiner of the Patent Department of our firm since 2012. Her practice focuses on invention patents in the Biotechnological, Agrochemical and Pharmaceutical areas. She has experience in prosecution and substantive analysis of patent applications and as technical advisor to the legal team in proceedings before the Intellectual Property Court.

Experience

María Cristina joined the firm in 2012 as an examiner in the patent department. Together with the attorneys and technical professionals of that group, she has assisted national and foreign clients in the prosecution of multiple applications with emphasis in the pharmaceutical and agrochemical areas.

She advises foreign clients in different technical areas such as chemical compounds, pharmaceutical compounds, antibodies, second medical use, etc.
