Experience

Matías has been an associate at Sargent & Krahn since 2026.

He has specialised in advising domestic and international clients on the management of their trademark portfolios, handling a wide range of clients and advising them on strategies for protecting their trademarks, as well as on applications and litigation relating to these matters.

He has played an active role in high-profile trademark law cases, appearing before administrative tribunals, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court.
