She has practiced her profession as a Biochemist in the field of Industrial Property since 1996 as an examiner in charge of the biotechnology area at the Industrial Property Institute INAPI (Ex-DPI). She has practiced her profession in various areas of Intellectual Property, specializing in matters related to patents of invention.

Experience

Pamela joined the firm in 1998 as patent examiner in the patent department. Since 2010 she is in charge of the group of patent specialists and together with the attorneys and technical professionals has assisted national and foreign clients in the prosecution of multiple applications in the widest range of technical matters, with particular emphasis in the pharmaceutical, agricultural and salmon farming areas.

He regularly attends several of the firm’s clients in drafting applications, prior art searches, and also advises foreign clients in different areas of the art on the best way to protect their rights in different areas of technical subject matter such as chemical compounds, pharmaceutical compounds, antibodies, second medical uses, etc.
