Experience

Gabriel is a senior associate of our firm, which he joined in 2014.

He has worked in the field of Intellectual and Industrial Property and currently integrates our Technology, Privacy and Media group.

His main areas of practice are information technologies, telecommunications, and data protection; search, filing, and prosecution of trademarks; protection and exploitation of copyrights; advertising, consumer protection, and food labeling. Gabriel’s professional practice includes strategic assistance to domestic and foreign clients in the protection and exploitation of intangible assets, with vast experience in the negotiation and preparation of agreements related to the development and outsourcing of information technologies, licensing, and franchising.

Previously, Gabriel worked as in-house counsel for one of the leading retail groups in the region, also practicing in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law.
